NOTE : A candidate cannot claim to be SC/ST/OBC-(A/B) or PH unless the certificate is submitted.
Keep the following scanned copies ready before you Apply:
- Scanned copy of Applicant's Signature
- Scanned copy of Mark-sheet of 10+2 Exam
- Scanned copy of class 10 Admit Card or any other age proof certificate
- Scanned copy of Caste Certificate in the name of the applicant
- Scanned copy of PH-Declaration documents in case of Physically Challenged candidate from competent authority in the name of the Applicant
- Applicant's Photograph
- Previous year Registration Certificate (For Previously Registered candidates)
